Refund policy

My return policy is 30 days from purchase date.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, I cannot offer you a refund or exchange.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be returned in the same protective wrapping as originally sent, or similar quality.  Items that are personalized with names are not refundable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping will be deducted from your refund. It is recommended taht you use trackable shipping or purchase shipping insurance.  Refunds are only processed upon receipt and inspection of items.

Once I receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email of the status.  When approved, refunds will be processed to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.  Keep in mind there are often a few processing days between when the refund is initiated and when your account is reimbursed.

In the event an error was made on your order, a return shipping label will be sent to you for printing.  This label can be affixed to the original packaging right over the original label and given to your mail carrier.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Photographs of items and/or packaging may be required in the event insurance claims are submitted to the mail carrier.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, I do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
