Shipping policy

Most items are made-to-order and will be created upon receipt of your order.  Shipping will be 3-10 days after order is received and to the address noted on your order.  Should I find any issues when processing your shipping label - such as the USPS not recognizing your address - I will reach out to you for verification.

I offer free shipping for orders totaling $50 or more.  Valid for domestic US shipping only.

Shipping is through US Postal Service (USPS) and will be sent via First Class package, Parcel Post or Priority Mail, depending on weight and size of package.  Orders are insured against breakage and loss while enroute.  

All packages are sent with tracking information and your order can be traced on USPS.com.

Packages exceeding $150 in value will also include signature required for delivery. 

At this time, orders on this website will ship only to the US and Canada.  If you are located outside of these countries, feel free to shop my Etsy store for international shipments.

Packages that are marked as delivered by the USPS but cannot be located by you or your family are not considered lost for insurance purposes.  I am not responsible for replacing these shipments.  In these instances, I suggest checking all entrances and porches to your home, your neighbors, and all family members within the home.  If you have a door person or security desk, such as in an apartment complex, please check with them also.  I can provide assistance and contact the USPS for GPS scan of your package delivery if necessary.  A final step should be contacting your local police department if you feel there has been package theft.
